Because of a change in USPS policies, as of August 28, 2016, any packages undelivered and returned to sender will be charged a return shipping fee.
I usually ship within 1 to 3 business days of receiving your payment. If I am unable to ship within that time frame I will contact you immediately. Shipping within the US is most often via USPS and reflects the cost of postage, insurance and packaging. All packages shipped include a tracking number and signature confirmation upon delivery. Please contact me before placing a large order if you have any concerns about costs of shipping or would like to specify a method. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Please notify us via email or contact form if you are returning a purchase. While you are still responsible for all shipping charges both to and from, I can assist you with the return by sending you a shipping label that includes a tracking number and insurance coverage. I do not refund anything until the item is back in my hands. Nothing is refundable if it has been altered or damaged in any way. Do you provide International delivery?
We do ship to a select group of countries. If your country is not available please contact us to determine if shipping is possible.
How do I return an item?
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a return shipping label and packing instructions.
How do I know if a textile is right for me?
Everyone can have textile art in their environments. How you display it depends on your traffic and light issues. For example, heavy traffic may necessitate framing the artwork to protect it from damage. For further information please contact us so that we can discuss your individual situation.
How do I track my order?
Once your items have been shipped you will be notified of the carrier and the tracking number. All items are shipped insured with a confirmation delivery tracking number and a signed receipt. If the package has been confirmed as delivered and signed for, we will not be held liable for the loss of the package once it has reached its destination.
How will I know it will look good in my home?
We can digitally add the textile art into an image of your area so that you can see an estimation of how it will look.
What are your delivery options?
Your purchase will ship within three days. Express is available on a custom basis. Shipping is via Fed Ex, USPS or UPS. Please email the website before placing an order if you have any concerns about costs of shipping or would like to specify method. All artwork ships separately.
