How do I track my order?
Once your items have been shipped you will be notified of the carrier and the tracking number. All items are shipped insured with a confirmation delivery tracking number and a signed receipt. If the package has been confirmed as delivered and signed for, we will not be held liable for the loss of the package once it has reached its destination.
How will I know it will look good in my home?
We can digitally add the textile art into an image of your area so that you can see an estimation of how it will look.
What are your delivery options?
Your purchase will ship within three days. Express is available on a custom basis. Shipping is via USPS or UPS. Please email the website before placing an order if you have any concerns about costs of shipping or would like to specify method. All artwork ships separately. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a return shipping label and packing instructions.
