Refund policy

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please contact us via email if you are returning a purchase.  While you are still responsible for all shipping charges both to and from, I can assist you with the return by sending you a shipping label that includes a tracking number.  If you prefer to send the purchase back via your own method you must employ a tracking number AND insurance.  I do not refund anything until the item is back in my hands.

 If, for any reason, you want to return your purchase you must:

  • Returns accepted for 30 days from delivery date.
  • Nothing is refundable if it has been altered or damaged in any way.                                                             
  • Buyers pay return shipping cost and all shipping costs are not refundable.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
